I send vehicles over to Ty regularly for the dealership I work at, and his work is always consistent, and astoundingly good! It doesn't matter what I give him, a reasonably clean car, a super dirty car, he takes it and transforms it into something I never expected. Hes done work on my personal vehicles including window tint, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The biggest thing with the staff at Kelowna details is the consistency. Communication is always good, timelines are good, and whether its a detail, foul odor, window tint, or something else, I always feel confident dropping a car off here, because I know when it comes back ill be a happy customer.

Ty is professional and friendly, and my car looks as good as new! Everything cleaned really thoroughly, inside and out, and he managed to get rid of a small scrape on my front bumper and some coffee and mud stains on the seats, too. The paint has been coated with a sealant and I don't ever remember it being so smooth. He even sorted out the headlights which were quite foggy/matted - I had given up and accepted I'd need to replace them but they look squeaky clean now.
Great attention to detail, explains all the options and the cost. Not cheap, but worth every penny. The car looks like straight off the production line. 10/10 highly recommend. I will be back! Thanks, Ty!

Ty is very attentive to detail! From the scheduling process until the car pick-up, it was a great experience. The interior of my wife's vehicle is spotless, as if we purchased it brand new from the factory. Reading his reviews, we had high expectations, and our expectations were not only met, but surpassed.

Ever seen a car do the cha-cha? Me neither, until I dropped my car off here! I dropped off my dusty ride, and it came back looking like it just stepped off a runway. Ty didn't just clean my car; he gave it a makeover and a personality. My car is finally the queen that she always deserved to be 😌

Ty is a stand-up guy who takes care of his customers. My car got flooded and he saw me on very short notice and took care of the problem for me. He communicated well, and even worked late in order to resolve a concern I had after the initial work was done. He goes the extra mile and he wants to make sure that his customers are totally satisfied. All in all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Ty for interior detailing for his high level of attention and customer service.

Extremely happy with my experience! Ty detailed my car’s interior and did an incredible job, my 2011 Jetta looks brand new. The price was better than another location that quoted me, and Ty was amazing and accommodating. He made sure I got my car early because I was busy in the evening and was super friendly/professional. Highly recommend choosing this place if you need your car detailed in Kelowna!

I brought my very dirty (inside and out) vehicles to Ty and he was able to make them look like new. He detailed everything, including the engines, which is amazing. So I brought my new to me car down to Ty for a much needed cleaning and all that I can say is that he did such a great job making my car look like it was 20 years ago. I definitely recommend coming to Ty for a detail.
